Follow the step-by-step guide
Step 1: Log in to Facebook
To get started, go to the ‘Connectivity’ tab on the left-hand side of your screen. Then, enable synchronisation with Facebook.
Log in to your Facebook account.
Step 2: Authorise access for elloha
Accept the requested permissions. This is the key step that allows elloha to share your best offers and news on the page of your choice.
Step 3: Finalise the synchronisation of your Facebook page
Back on elloha, click the settings button (cog icon) to finalise the synchronisation.
Choose the publication language and the Facebook page to link to your elloha account. This must be your establishment’s page. Then, click Save.
⚠️ Please note: To complete this step successfully, you must have Administrator rights on the relevant Facebook page. This is a security measure imposed by Facebook to protect your content.
Your Facebook page is now connected!
Step 4: Post to Facebook from elloha
Once your account is connected to Facebook, you can share certain content directly from elloha to your page.
In the relevant features, a ‘Post’ tab allows you to easily share your content on Facebook.
