Follow the step-by-step guide

Step 1: Log in to Instagram

To get started, go to the ‘Connectivity’ tab on the left-hand side of your screen. Then, enable synchronisation with Instagram.

Log in to your Instagram account.

Step 2: Switch to a business account

If your Instagram account isn’t already set up as a business account, you’ll need to switch to one to enable this feature.

Select the account type and click Next.
​

💡 Tip: choose a “Business”

When switching to a professional Instagram account, opt for the Business type. It offers features better suited to tourism professionals (contact details, contact buttons, statistics) and boosts your establishment’s credibility with your customers.

Select the category that best matches your business, then click Done.

Click Confirm to finalise the switch to a business account.
​

Click ‘Finish’.
​

Step 3: Authorise the connection

Click ‘Authorise’ to connect your Instagram account to elloha.
​

Step 4: Complete the synchronisation of your Instagram account

Click on the settings button (cog icon) to finalise the synchronisation.
​


​Select the language for your posts and click Save.

​

Your Instagram account is now connected!
​

Step 5: Post to Instagram from elloha

Once your account is connected to Instagram, you can share certain content directly from elloha to your account.
​

In the relevant features, a ‘Post’ tab allows you to easily send your content to Instagram.
​

In particular, you can post:

  • gift cards

  • gift vouchers

  • promo codes

  • news updates.
