Follow the step-by-step guide
Step 1: Go to Settings
To get started, go to the Settings menu, then My Money, located on the left-hand side of your screen.
Next, click on the ANCV tab.
Step 2: Activate Chèques Vacances Connect
Next, enter your ANCV SHOP ID in the field provided, then click Save.
To obtain your ANCV SHOP ID, you’ll need to log in to your dedicated account:
If you have a single service point, go to the My Account tab, then click on the Service Point Details tab.
If you have several service points, go to the ‘My Account’ tab, then click on the ‘List of Service Points’ tab. There you will find the ANCV SHOP IDs for each of your service points that accept Chèques Vacances Connect.

Step 3: Process online bookings
Once the option is activated, your customers will be able to pay the desired amount via ANCV Connect.
Step 4: Collect payment for your bookings directly
You can also issue a payment request via the customer’s booking file.
In the booking file, under the Payment tab, click on Add a payment, then select Send a secure payment link under Payment method.
Enter the amount to be paid by the customer and click ‘Send’.
The customer will receive a secure Stripe payment link where they can choose to pay using Chèques-Vacances Connect.
⚠️ Please note: If you cancel the payment via your ANCV interface, this will have no effect on the elloha booking; you will need to update the booking manually by adding a refund for information purposes.
Thanks to Stripe, you can also enable alternative payment methods to offer your customers even greater flexibility.
Please note
You must first have an account and a contract with ANCV before you can activate Chèques-Vacances Connect on elloha.
You must activate a virtual payment terminal to use the Chèques-Vacances Connect (Stripe) feature.
The address of your establishment or business must be located in France. If you do not have an elloha account in France, you will not be able to use Chèques-Vacances Connect.
If a booking is created via your elloha account and the customer pays only part of the booking amount via Chèques-Vacances Connect, we strongly recommend that you register their credit card as a guarantee for the remaining balance.
