Why is this essential for your business?

Managing your budget and technology is crucial to your business’s profitability. By taking control of your subscription management, you retain full control over your fixed costs and ensure you have the features you need (such as synchronisation with Airbnb or Booking) when you need them most.

Firstly, you’ll find details of our subscriptions and their priceson this page.

Follow the step-by-step guide

Step 1: Access your subscriptions

To view the details of your plan or change your subscription, follow these steps:

  • Click on ‘My Account’, located at the top right of your screen.

  • Select the ‘Subscriptions’ tab.

This section allows you to manage your current subscription and view all the plans available for your hosting.

Step 2: Select your billing method

Before choosing your plan, decide how often you’d like to pay:

  • Monthly: to enjoy greater payment flexibility.

  • Annual: to simplify your administrative tasks throughout the year and save money.

This choice directly determines the total amount to be paid as well as the frequency of your invoices.

Step 3: Select your subscription

Choose the plan best suited to managing your hosting:

  1. Click on your chosen subscription to view the details of the plan.

  2. Confirm your selection in the confirmation window to proceed to the next step.

Step 4: Enter your payment details

To finalise your subscription, please enter your payment details:

  1. Select your preferred payment method:

    • Credit card

    • SEPA Direct Debit

  2. Enter the required details for your chosen payment method.

  3. Tick the box to accept the Terms and Conditions of Use.

  4. Click ‘Confirm’ to finalise your subscription.

Step 5: Check that your subscription has been activated

Once you have confirmed your choice, please ensure that your subscription has been successfully processed by the system:

  1. Go to the ‘Subscriptions’ tab.

  2. Check that the word ‘Selected’ appears in the box corresponding to the offer you have chosen.

💡 Tip: The display of this label confirms that your subscription is active and that you can now make use of all the features included in your elloha package.

Step 6: Change your subscription

To change your plan, follow these steps:

  • Select the new plan you want.

  • Confirm your change in the confirmation window that appears.

📌 Good to know: Your subscription fee is automatically adjusted on a pro rata basis, depending on how much of your current billing period has already elapsed.

Step 7: Cancelling your subscription

To cancel your elloha subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Billing tab.

  2. Click on the ‘Cancel my subscription’ button.

  3. Confirm your request to finalise the process.

⚠️ Please note: Cancellation only takes effect once you have confirmed these steps via your account.

⚠️ Please note: Cancelling your subscription will result in the immediate cessation of your calendar synchronisation with your booking channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).

To avoid any risk of overbooking after the service is suspended, please ensure that you:

  • Set up your availability calendars directly on each partner platform.

  • Manually manage your rates and bookings on your Airbnb or Booking.com accounts.

If you resume your subscription, remember to reactivate your synchronisations to restore the automated listing of your accommodation.

Key points

  • Billing details: If you change your listing, a pro-rata calculation is automatically applied to the current period.

  • Transparency: Any period (month or year) that has commenced is due; please remember to plan your changes in advance.

  • Service continuity: Unless you take action, your subscription renews automatically to ensure you never lose your synchronisations.

  • Complete control: You retain full control over your contract and invoices 24 hours a day via your customer portal.
