A centralised calendar is essential for:
Avoiding overbookings: never sell the same night’s stay twice.
Improve responsiveness: adjust your availability in seconds, even from your mobile.
Optimise your revenue: instantly see your quiet periods so you can act quickly.
Follow the step-by-step guide
Step 1: Access your calendar’s display options
To customise how your availability and rates are displayed, follow these steps:
In the left-hand side menu, click on Schedule, then on Availability & Prices.
Use the filters at the top of the page to filter the data:
Accommodation: select the relevant unit.
Period: set the date range to display.
Level of detail: choose how much detail you want to see.
💡 Tip: You can switch between Summary and Detail modes to adjust the time breakdown of the schedule to suit your management needs.
Step 2: Select the display period
The level of detail in your schedule adapts according to the selected view mode:
Detail view: allows you to view data by week or month. This mode makes it easier to compare several days and adjust your settings line by line.
Summary View: offers a view by day, week, month or year.
💡 Tip: Opt for the Summary View to get an overview of your activity and navigate your calendar more quickly.
To simplify your management, you can refine your selection and choose whether or not to include a specific service.
Step 3: Manage your settings from the Detail view
Displayed by default on your schedule, the Detail view offers a comprehensive overview of your settings for the selected period:
Availability for sale
Connected sales channels (OTAs)
Rating plans and applied prices
Permitted check-in and check-out times
Stay rules (minimum and maximum) according to your offers
Use this view to compare your settings across multiple dates and make precise adjustments whilst maintaining an overview of adjacent days.
Step 4: View the essentials with the Summary view
The Summary view summarises your data to make it easier to quickly review your schedule:
The standard rate
Logos of connected sales channels (OTAs)
The occupancy rate
Number of available rooms
The number of arrivals
The number of guests expected per day
This view is ideal for getting an overview of your business without having to check the details of each pricing plan.
Step 5: Customise the display of your Summary view
The Summary view allows you to customise your calendar display to show only the information essential for your day-to-day management.
Click on the filter button at the top right of your schedule, next to ‘Actions’.
In the configuration window, select the data to display directly in the boxes:
Arrivals and number of people for the day
Rates
Accommodation sold
Distribution channels
Choose the type of visual you want for your metrics:
Occupancy rate
Bar chart
Circular indicator
Click Apply to update your schedule.
Step 6: View the details for a specific day
From the Summary view, you can view specific information for a date without leaving your schedule.
Click on the day of your choice directly in the calendar.
Check the side panel that opens on the right-hand side of your screen to see:
The availability of your accommodation for that day.
The opening status of your sales channels.
Details of your associated pricing plans.
Any specific settings applied to that date.
Step 7: Customise your schedule view
Depending on your management needs, choose between two complementary display modes:
The Detail view: ideal for making precise changes and comparing your settings across several days.
The Summary view: provides a concise overview of your activity and allows you to edit a specific day via its details panel.
Switch between these two views to adjust the amount of information displayed on your schedule.
