📌 This article answers the following questions:

- How do I print or export my list of arrivals from elloha?

- How do I filter arrivals by offer or by period before printing?

- What information can I include in my arrivals schedule (PDF)?

- How do I share the arrivals schedule with my team?

Having a physical schedule allows you to:

  • Coordinate your teams: give a copy to your housekeeping staff to confirm preparation priorities.

  • Enjoy greater flexibility: check today’s arrivals directly at your holiday let, even without a Wi-Fi connection.

  • Personalise the welcome: make handwritten notes of your guests’ specific requests (baby, flowers, late arrival) so you don’t forget anything.

Follow the step-by-step guide

Step 1: Access your schedule

To manage your property’s bookings, go to your management dashboard.

In the left-hand side menu, click on ‘Schedule’.

This screen allows you to view:

  • All your availability.

  • Details of your bookings.

  • Your quick management tools.

The schedule is the central tool for updating your rates and stock levels in just a few clicks.

Step 2: Print your arrivals list

To view a summary of scheduled check-ins at your accommodation:

  1. At the top of your calendar, click the Actions button.

  2. Select the quick action ‘Print my arrivals’.

Step 3: Set the period and offers

Configure your document settings before printing:

  1. Choose whether to include all your offers or filter by a specific offer.

  2. Select the period covered by your arrivals.

💡 Tip: Filtering by offer allows you to generate a more accurate tracking document to help organise your accommodation.

Step 4: Select the information to display

Tick the boxes for the details you want to appear on your document:

  • Booking number

  • Accommodation

  • Number of people (PAX)

  • Booking status

  • Customer’s first name and surname

  • Number of nights

  • Booking channel

Customise the level of detail to suit your operational needs (guest reception, housekeeping schedules or administrative follow-up).

Step 5: Generate and print your schedule

Follow these steps to finalise the printing of your document:

  1. Click the ‘Validate’ button.

  2. The arrivals schedule is automatically generated in PDF format.

This document can be printed or shared with your staff to help manage customer check-ins.
