Why is it important to track your Stripe transactions?

As a property owner or manager, you need to be able to account for your income and understand the service fees applied. Tracking your transfers allows you to know exactly when your guests’ payments arrive in your bank account, making your bookkeeping and cash flow management easier.

Follow the step-by-step guide

Step 1: Access your Payments dashboard

To view your transactions and manage your payments, follow these steps:

  1. In the main menu (on the left-hand side of the screen), click on Settings.

  2. Then select the ‘My Money’ section.

  3. Go to My Receipts

This section brings together all the information relating to your financial flows and your Stripe activity.

Here you can view details of payments received for bookings at your venue.

Step 2: View the details of your Stripe fees

This interface allows you to track the costs associated with your accommodation’s payments in detail.

  1. Click on the ‘Stripe Fees’ tab.

  2. View the details of the fees applied to each of your transactions.

  • A CSV export is available to help with your bookkeeping or data analysis.

Step 3: Track your fund transfers

To view the details and status of your payments:

  • Click on the Stripe Transfers tab.

This view allows you to:

  • View the history of your transfers and their status (pending, completed or failed).

  • Identify the various payments grouped within a single transfer, where they originate from multiple booking records.

📌 Good to know: A single transfer to your bank account may correspond to the total of several separate bookings recorded on your calendar.

Key points

  • Full visibility: Your dashboards are updated instantly after each traveller payment.

  • Accounting autonomy: A CSV export is available for all your expenses.

  • Need help? If you notice a failed transfer, please don’t hesitate to contact the Support team for technical details regarding the issue.
