By connecting elloha to TripAdvisor, you benefit from full two-way synchronisation:
Availability always up to date: Every change made in elloha is automatically sent to TripAdvisor. Your guests can see your actual availability in real time.
Bookings automatically imported: As soon as a booking is made on TripAdvisor, it appears instantly in your elloha calendar and files.
No double entry: You manage everything from a single place; elloha takes care of the rest.
Follow the step-by-step guide
Step 1: Check your subscription
Connecting to TripAdvisor requires an elloha Connect or Magic subscription.
If you’re unsure about your current subscription, go to your elloha account settings or contact our support team.
Step 2: Activate the TripAdvisor channel in elloha
In the left-hand side menu, click on Distribution, then Sales Channels.
Click on “+” or locate the TripAdvisor block in the Major Channels tab, then click the radio button to enable this channel.
❗️ Important: Once you’ve opened the channel, wait at least 24 hours before proceeding to the next step. This delay is necessary for TripAdvisor to process your connection request.
Step 3: Designate elloha as your connectivity partner on TripAdvisor
Go to your TripAdvisor Owners’ Dashboard, then:
Click on TripConnect Instant Booking / TripAdvisor Plus
Open the Settings tab
Check that elloha is listed as your Connectivity Partner
If this is not the case, click on ‘Change your connectivity partner’ and select elloha from the list provided
Once this step is complete, please allow a further 24 hours before you receive your first TripAdvisor bookings.

You must have an active commercial contract with TripAdvisor to use this synchronisation.
Commissions and financial arrangements between TripAdvisor and you are managed exclusively via your TripAdvisor extranet. elloha is not involved in these matters.
The descriptions and photos of your accommodation on TripAdvisor must be kept up to date directly on the platform. Please note: photo captions must not exceed 100 characters.
