📌 This article answers the following questions:

- How do I create and manage my seasonal rates in elloha?

- How do I apply a season covering several days or months all at once?

- How do I display school holidays and public holidays on my calendar?

- How do I apply special rates to a period that’s already been set up?

Why is this important?

Seasonal rate management is at the heart of your revenue strategy. Rather than changing your rates every morning, the seasonal calendar allows you to automate your price variations throughout the year.

  • Save time: Set up your school holiday periods or local events just once.

  • Maximise your revenue: Effortlessly apply ‘High Season’ rates to your busiest periods.

  • Stay competitive: Offer competitive ‘Low Season’ rates to fill your calendar all year round.

Follow the step-by-step guide

Step 1: Access season management

To configure your accommodation’s pricing periods:

  1. In the left-hand side menu, click on ‘Calendar’.

  2. Select the Seasons tab.

This section allows you to define your different operating periods to make it easier to update your rates on your calendar.

Step 2: Create a new season

Follow these steps to set your pricing periods in your calendar:

  • Click on the ‘Add a season’ button.

  • Enter a descriptive Name to identify your period (e.g. High Season, Summer Holidays).

  • Select a Colour to quickly identify the season on your calendar.

  • Click Save.

💡 Tip: Remember to structure your seasons according to your business (high, mid and low season, weekends, local events, etc.).
This will make it easier for you to adjust your rates and optimise your occupancy throughout the year.

Step 3: Display holidays and public holidays on your calendar

This feature allows you to integrate calendar markers directly into your management interface:

  • View school holiday periods.

  • Display of public holidays in France and internationally.

💡 Tip: Use these indicators to anticipate peak periods and adjust your rates and seasons accordingly.

Step 4: Apply the season to the calendar

Once you’ve created your season, assign it to your calendar with the level of detail you require:

  • By day: click directly on the box for the chosen day.

  • By week: click on the week number to apply it to all 7 days.

  • By month: click in the top-left corner of the month to apply it to the entire period.

Your selected dates will instantly be highlighted in this new colour and the associated rates will be applied.

💡 Tip: Use these shortcuts to quickly update your pricing periods across your entire calendar.

Step 5: Use your seasons on a daily basis

Your seasons are accessible at any time via the quick actions in the Schedule.

This means you can easily edit or apply them as your business changes.

💡 Tip: Apply special rates to an existing period.
You can ‘override’ dates that have already been set in your calendar:

  • Select the specific dates of the event (such as a local festival) on your calendar.

  • Assign them a new seasonal colour to set your new rates.

Your seasons are now ready.
You can use them to adjust your rates and manage your busy periods more easily.

❗️Important: The seasonal calendar operates on a rolling 18-month period. For example, if it is June 2026, availability can be set up until December 2027.

By default, new months are closed. You must therefore create a season before you can enter the corresponding availability and rates.

Key points

  • Automatic update: As soon as you change a season, your new rates appear instantly on your dashboard.

  • Total flexibility: You can add up to ten seasons to suit the specific characteristics of your region.

  • Freedom: If you have a very specific one-off requirement, don’t forget that you can also enter a price manually in your Calendar without changing your seasons.
