Follow the step-by-step guide
Step 1: Access your calendar
The calendar allows you to manage your accommodation’s occupancy and edit your calendars in real time.
In the side menu on the left-hand side of your screen, click on ‘Schedule’.
View the availability of your offers on your calendar.
It is from this section that you can enable or disable your pricing plans for the periods of your choice.
Step 2: Access quick actions
This feature allows you to change several settings in your schedule with just a few clicks, without having to edit each date manually.
Click on the ‘Actions’ button.
Select the ‘Deactivate a rate plan’ option.
This tool is ideal for closing sales or adjusting your accommodation stock with just a few clicks.
Step 3: Select your accommodation
Identify the accommodation for which you wish to deactivate a pricing plan:
Click on the ‘Choose your prestation’ drop-down menu.
Select the relevant accommodation from the list provided.
Step 4: Select the rate plan to deactivate
To suspend a rate plan for your hosting package:
Click on the ‘Choose your rate plan’ drop-down menu.
Select the relevant rate from those associated with your listing (standard rate, special offer or any other plan you have created).
❗️ Important: Ensure that at least one rate plan remains active for each property during the selected dates. Otherwise, your accommodation will appear as fully booked to your guests.
⚠️ Please note: If you deactivate a standard rate plan, all rates linked to it will also be suspended for this accommodation during the selected period. Check the impact of this action before confirming your changes.
Step 5: Set the deactivation period
Select the period during which you wish to suspend your pricing plan:

Customized dates
Choose the option that suits your needs.
If you choose ‘Customized dates’, specify the exact start and end dates for the deactivation.

Step 6: Apply your changes
Once you’ve selected the period, click the Apply button. Your changes are updated instantly and will be visible on your calendar.
💡 Tip: Use this feature to hide your “Non-Refundable” rates only during high-demand weekends. This allows you to secure your revenue whilst maintaining an attractive offer the rest of the time.
Step 7: Manage your pricing plans from the calendar
You can make one-off adjustments to your rates directly from the detailed view of your calendar:
Go to the Schedule menu in your elloha account.
Select the ‘Detail’ view.
Locate the relevant accommodation and date.
Enable or disable the pricing plan directly for the desired day.
Changes are saved automatically and apply immediately to your calendar and your sales channels.
