Step 1: Go to the security settings
To manage access to your elloha account, follow these steps:
In the left-hand side menu, click on Settings.
Select My Account.
Click on the ‘Login and security’ tab to view all your login settings.
Step 2: Change your password
You can update your password at any time from this tab.
To ensure secure access to your account and your schedule, your password should ideally include:
At least 8 characters
Lowercase and uppercase letters
Numbers
Special characters

Step 3: Secure your account with two-factor authentication
To strengthen the protection of your elloha account and your organisation’s data, three two-factor authentication methods are available:
Google Authenticator: a unique code is generated in your mobile app every time you log in.
SMS: a verification code is sent directly to your mobile phone.
Email: a security code is sent to your inbox every time you attempt to log in.
Select your preferred method, then follow the setup steps.
⚠️ Please note: Only one authentication method can be enabled at a time on your account.
Step 4: Manage your login credentials
Your login is the email address used to access your organisation’s management and your timetable.
